LEVEL 1 DUI COURSE

Court-ordered or DMV-mandated education course and evaluation following a first DUI offense or qualifying traffic-related case. This course provides important information related to responsible driving and legal compliance requirements.

The program consists of two parts:

– Engaging instructional sessions with group interaction (4-hour class on Friday and 8-hour class on Saturday)

– Private evaluation session lasting 1 hour with a certified evaluator (available in English or Spanish)

LEVEL 2 DUI COURSE

Court-ordered or DMV-mandated class and evaluation for individuals with multiple DUI arrests and/or DUIs amended to Reckless Driving in their lifetime, as well as those who have previously completed a DUI school.
The program consists of two parts:

– Engaging instructional sessions with discussions and group interaction (4 hours on Friday, 8 hours on Saturday, and 8 hours on Sunday)

– Private evaluation session lasting 1 hour with an evaluator (available in English or Spanish)
